You are in. Now let's make sure you walk in ready to learn, connect, and earn credit toward your AI Certificate. Run through the eight steps below before June 9.
- Get familiar with the venues and stages Cincy AI Week runs across multiple Over-the-Rhine venues with several stages. Map out where you are headed so you can move between sessions without missing a beat. View venues and stages.
- Get familiar with the agenda and tracks Sessions span 15 tracks, from agentic workflows to AI for business, government, and infrastructure. Skim the full agenda and flag what matters to you. Browse the agenda.
- RSVP and add sessions to your agenda Build your personal schedule in the event app ahead of time. Reserving sessions now means you will not be deciding on the fly between back-to-back talks. Open the event app.
- On site: check in to each session in-app Check in to every session you attend directly in the app. Each check-in earns you credit toward your Cincy AI Week AI Certificate, so make it a habit as you walk into each room.
- Share your "I'm Attending" graphic Let your network know you will be there. Grab the on-brand graphic below, post it, and tag Cincy AI Week. Get the graphic.
- Look out for the Blue Shirts Our volunteers are easy to spot in blue. Flag one down anytime you need help finding a stage, a session, or just the nearest coffee. They know the building.
- Arrive early Doors open at 8:00 AM for badge pickup, coffee, and networking. Getting in early means a smooth check-in and time to connect before the first session starts.
